“Not today” only skips a dish this round. Your taste stays exactly the same.

“I’m in” teaches your taste what you actually love.

Are you two a food match?

Send a link to the person you always argue with about dinner. They swipe ten quick cards, then the stars count how much you have in common. At the end, you each get your own taste constellation.

My taste

Eight taste constellations. Which one are you?

Your constellation builds itself from whatever you swipe right on. Every few picks a new star lights up, until it’s clear what kind of foodie you are.

23:00One more thing…

Bedtime questions.

What is SwipeYum?

SwipeYum is an iPhone app that helps you decide what to eat. Swipe right on dishes you fancy (“I’m in”) and left on the rest (“Not today”). After about ten cards it picks one dish and tells you why.

Is it just a random dinner picker?

No. A random picker chooses blindly. SwipeYum looks at what you swipe and what’s in your Fridge, so every pick comes with the reasons behind it.

What can I cook with what’s in my fridge?

Add what you have to the Fridge in the app, one tap per item. SwipeYum checks recipes and shows the dishes you have everything for, plus the ones missing a single ingredient. You can add that one to your shopping list in a tap.

How do we decide what to eat together?

Set up a shared Home: one Fridge, one shopping list and a chat with a “What are we eating?” poll where everyone votes their own way. Taste Match shows how closely your tastes line up.

Is SwipeYum free?

The iPhone beta on TestFlight is free, and there are no ads in the app.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet, but it’s on the way. Leave your email on the Android ticket above and we’ll write once, on launch day.

Which languages does the app speak?

English, Polish, German and Ukrainian. Recipes are available in English and Polish.

What happens to my data?

Your taste profile is worked out on your phone. We don’t sell data or track you across apps, and chat messages disappear after 7 days. You can delete your account in the app. Details are in the privacy policy.
